The COVID-19 pandemic has created various problems for the population, one being not having access to a gym. However, I have created a number of training plans which are perfect for people who are required to stay at home! The three categories that I have focused on are bulking, cutting and also a bodyweight plan. The purpose of my training plans is to provide some structure and a clear purpose for training during lockdown. You are more likely to continue training if you are following a training plan as it allows you to maintain levels of motivation as well as providing you with an end goal. Exercise leads to various benefits including the maintenance of mental health through the release of endorphins. These benefits are crucial especially given the current global climate.

This plan is targeted at people who are looking to lose weight or are looking to get leaner and reduce their body fat percentage. Whether you focus is getting a six-pack or generally getting more physically fit, this plan covers all of these bases! There are a variety of training variables included in this plan such as HIIT training, weight training as well as other optional workouts that are focused on developing your cardiovascular fitness. This plan is targeted at people who are looking to gain muscle. Whether that is a lean bulk or you are looking to gain muscle quickly! There is a greater emphasis on bodybuilding style workouts in this training plan compared to the cutting plan. However, there are various HIIT workouts to gain the extensive benefits that scientific research has shown about this style of training. This plan is focused at people who do not have any available equipment to train with in lockdown. A lack of equipment does not mean that you cannot put your body through its paces!
